After graduating from the University of Arizona in Tucson, I met my husband Tim who whisked me away to sunny Indonesia for 5 years. We spent the first 3 years working and traveling and then we had our two girls, Sophia(8) and Zoe(almost 7). They were both born in Singapore as the medical facilities in Indonesia are kind of scary. We left Indonesia in 2002 and moved to Mandeville, Louisiana just outside of New Orleans. Two years after hurricane Katrina, my husband's company bought out a Phoenix based company and decided to move the corporate office there, so I'm thrilled to be back in Arizona. My husband is a mining engineer for Freeport McMoRan and I own 3 Edible Arrangements franchises, two of which are in Omaha, that I run from my home office. Check us out at ediblearrangements.com!
