After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and New York University (NYU) School of Law, I became an attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine and Moore in New York City in 1996. I married my wife, Shirley Fang, in 2003 in Santorini, Greece. In 2005 we moved from New York City to Westchester County, New York. I still work in the city, commuting everyday to Grand Central Station in Midtown Manhattan. Shirley also has a law degree, but stopped practicing law when we moved out of the city. I am currently the general counsel of Radian Asset Assurance, a financial guaranty insurance company, where I have been working at since 2002.
